[Theme: Enigma] Add control

Greetings!
First, I’m trying to get help, that’s my first objetive right now. Yesterday I post a topic, but nobody helped me. I would like to know if I broke any of the site rules, but well….
Second and not too difficult for you, I guess, is that I want to put a control between the header and the page body, using enigma.
Any help would be appreciated.
