Theme fail after update

    Hi, you updated this theme today but now I can’t see my website. My hosting company says a directory is missing but I have not deleted anything, I have not logged in in a long time.

    Can you please help and restore or something to before the upgrade? that might work?

    Hi,
    How did you update the theme? Was there any error message while doing so? Please provide the screenshots of the problem or site URL if possible. Thanks.

    I’m having a similar issue. I updated teh theme in Staging successfully to the latest release. (Version: 1.4.0)

    My staging site works but when I pushed to production, the site has failed. Production is not accessible right now at all. We’ve tried rolling back to a backup from yesterday and a 10 days ago. In either case, the production site will not work.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,
    The Zakra homepage is suddenly not displaying anymore the photos of the first upper modules without any reason: only the text is showing.
    Then from “Shop more” the modules are upside down displaying pics in their original size and succesfully
    How can I correct this?
