Theme File Editor disappeared

    I installed the Simple Custom CSS and after that, the default Appearance → Theme File Editor disappeared from my WordPress menu.

    Even after deactivating and uninstalling the plugin, the Theme File Editor does not come back.
    I’m logged in as an admin and have cleared the cache.
    Any idea how to restore the default Theme File Editor?
