Theme files not showing

    When I installed WP 2.1, some of my template-files (.php-files) disappeared from the Presentation –> Theme Editing. To access them I now have to click one of the remaining files, and then change the URL manually by replacing the filename. Anyone know the problem? All help appreciated!
