Theme Images Not Loading Help!

Ok this is how it is at the moment;

The theme I built has java rollovers and a background image that scales according to screen seize, and a standard banner, now on some pages it did not bring up the images, so I tried re-uploading the images folder again and now it cannot detect any of the images.

My folder structure is wp-content themes-limcustom-images folder & php

This problem first occured when i started messing around with ht access.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me see how to solve this because I’m at a complete loss being a newb wordpress designer.
