Theme Installation error

    Make sure the theme decompressed correctly. It should not be in a zipped folder or have any nested directories.

    so i need to unzipped and installed individually?

    If you upload the theme using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel, then first you must un-zip the theme to your desktop, then you just upload the entire un-zipped theme directory to /wp-content/themes/. That should do it.
