Best to directly ask the developer at themeforest; there seems to be many problems with that theme.
As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.

Themes should go under 2shadydesignstudio/wp-content/themes. So if you’ve got a folder containing the theme, say “accent-theme,” it should live under 2shadydesignstudio/wp-content/themes/accent-theme.
Did they give you installation instructions which differed from this? What exactly did you get upon buying the theme?

Note: You have to set /cache folder of Accent writable (chmod 777)

777 permissions are dangerous and will leave you open to hackers.
Find another theme; that one is junk. It loads 32 scripts, some duplicates.
Look in http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/themes/
Yeah, if it’s still not working I’ve got nothing. I’m going to echo the sentiment that you should contact Themeforest; if this is a common problem they should hopefully have a quick solution. 🙂

Hello, i got the almost the same problem. I downloaded a nice theme with GPL licence (http://www.way2zenith.com/wordpress-themes/wildfire.html) and upoladed it to my theme folder. It doesnt appear correctly. The only elements that appear are the background and a black frame. Can anybody help me out? It is because of the theme? Or the error lies in my server? What I am doing wrong? For your information: I deleted all white spaces at the top and the bottom of the php files.
