I see lots of errors in your browser console when the site loads.
Maybe a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

I do have one more question. My site isn’t on a secure connection and it’s recommended to serve my entire website over an HTTPS connection. How do I do that?

You would need SSL certificate to run your website over HTTPS connection.

I have a unique issue with my site and the Appoitment Scheduler plugin. It displays and works perfectly on mobile phones and devices but does not work on desktop. The theme loads but the services section stays blank.
