    Hello There

    The issue we are having it the theme itself, not the plugin do you have modern clean theme design which is recommended for Eway?

    That said, compatibility for the eWay payment gateway would not be different to any other payment gateway plugin – are you have a specific issue we can offer advice with?

    Tested and the issue is with the theme no plugin, I placed 2 orders by activated default theme and this is working. does this mean I need to change my theme completely?

    Hi @jodieh ,

    That will depend on the theme and what support is available for it. You may want to reach out to the theme developer to see if they can help with the incompatibility.

    If not, you may need to switch themes to one that supports this extension.
