Theme Layout Messed up

Hello,

My current theme version is 4.1.27 and I noticed problems with the layout when I updated it to version 4.1.28. I waited and thought maybe it would get fixed in later versions but I still have the same outcome when I update the theme to version 4.1.38.

I have tried the troubleshooting suggests. I have deactivated all of my plugins and nothing changes, the layout is still messed up. I have not made any major changes to the site and the theme has always updated fine until version 4.1.28. I also do not have any caching plugins running.

Currently, the theme is set back to the version 4.1.27, which it is working in.
