It’s probably width that you would need to change, not margins — but it depends on how your theme is coded — whether fixed width or responsive. If you post a link, someone can likely give you more specific help.
Thank you WPyogi, yes I meant to say the width, not margins. My site is http://www.bestflowergardening.com and I would like to see more of the information on the widgets on the right hands side of the site.

For a current website I have an issue with the page scrolling to the top multiple times every time it loads.
