    I tried to use Theme My Login in a few different cases, including this, and I’ve had little success. It’s another example of a great plugin idea that isn’t executed very well.

    YMMV though. It did kinda work. It looks like the Dev is working on a new support site. Keep an eye on his current one and he says he’ll post a notice when the new one is complete.
