    I installed 6.4rc1 because of the password reset issue, however, when I copy the theme-my-login.css file to my child theme directory it doesn’t seem to reference it. If I remove the css file from my theme directory then it will reference the default css file in the plugin folder.

    Has this process changed in 6.4?
