theme not loading properly

so i have the twentyeleven theme downloaded and it works fine on localhost but when i use proxy it doesnt load correctly you can see what i mean if you go to sketrag.com if anyone knows what the problem is i would appreiate it thanks for reading and if you help me thanks for helping.
