Theme not working locally

Hi, I just uploaded and indstalled Pinnacle locally on a website, using Xamp.
Everithing looks fine, I see the theme option page and all his menu on the left, also the home preview etc… but when I try to change any of the options, it just doesn’t do nothing. No answer after any clic on the options page menu. So basically I can’t change anything, just add menus, articles etc.
I activated another theme and it works everything fine.
Any help? Is it about permissions?
