theme not working since wordpress 4.6 update

    Hi,
    Since updating to wordpress 4.6, I was unable to log in to my website. I received help from my host and fixed that problem.
    However, now my theme is unaccessible. I get the message that the theme directory does not exist. I tried to reinstall and I get the message “could not create directory”.
    My website is howtodetoxyourlife.ca. Please help.
