    Hello!

    I would like to ask if there is another way to change the site’s logo when the theme customizer doesn’t work.

    I use a certain template but the theme’s options panel stucks on saving changes. And i am looking for another way to change the website’s logo. I tried through phpmyadmin but i can’t find a table related to the theme.

    You would most likely need to edit the theme’s PHP code itself wherever the image is being set. Where that would be I can’t say for sure as I don’t know which theme you’re using.

    Have you checked your browser console (Ctrl+Shift+I) in Chrome when trying to save the options to see what kind of HTTP response the file is getting when trying to save the image? If a 500 response, it could be something with the server being misconfigured causing a crash. If something like a 403 error, it could be due to some type of security plugin you have installed or security on the hosting server blocking the image from being uploaded.

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

    This is what i get.

    It is the divi theme but not updated due to expired subscription.
    The theme’s builder uploads the image but it never saves. It just stucks on “saving”
