Theme options won't save

Recently purchased a new high end theme only to find out my navigation bars wont save, or the settings.

But when I revert to a stock theme all plugins disabled everything works fine.

I had the developer look it over and he suggested moving to a new host, because yahoo small business doesn’t support htaccess.

Do I really need a new host ? Please help.
