Theme or template

    Hi I have a Refined Style theme and run a whole sale jewelery shop with it but its giving us trouble and it dose not have support any more I was told to upload a new template but i dont know how that would work. So do i need a new template or a new theme?.
    Refined Style runs jigoshop how hard is it to upload a new theme or template and do you have to reload everything the site has 496 products so i am not keen to have to put them all back on lol

    In my mind, maybe it will be better to choose a new theme in order to keep your products in their own page in your blog.
    If you upload a new template, there is a risk to lose your porduct’s form…
