[Theme: picolight] [Theme: Picolight]

I am using the theme picolight and have set a custom background color. It seems to work well in most browsers but it in IE8 the background color covers most everything below the header of the page. Have not tested in IE6 or 7 but it works fine in IE9. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
