Theme/plugin clash

Hi there,

It seems after my theme creators latest update that your plugin prevents the theme was saving changes to itself. I only found this out by a process of plugin elimination. Any changes to the theme when your plugin is active just won’t save.

The theme is Artbees Jupiter 6. I have no idea why this might be but am going to be forced to turn off the plugin on those affected sites. Any idea if this can be fixed please?

Hello.
Please, try to disable the “Use AJAX for JavaScript check” option and let us know the result. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Use AJAX for JavaScript check” to “Off” —> Save Changes.

I’ve sent the info to developers to check if we could fix the issue and we did.
Please, turn on the option back and reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip )
Here is a guide for you:
Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
Find the plugin “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
Download the plugin archive from the link above.
Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

thx i reinstall to 5.158.1-fix but still dont work

Please check if you actually installed the fix-version, because in your logs I see that it is still 5.158, not 5.158.1-fix
