Theme Presentation updates NOT sticking

    Hello:

    Have installed and updated themes in the past for WordPress but am running into issues with a fresh install on my host. Each time I try and update a file within a theme it refreshes with a “File successfully saved” but then the changes are not reflected in the blog design or file.

    What could the problem be here? I receive no errors when trying to Update the File and can write as many entries as I want and those do “take” – just not any physical file changes to the themes I have made.

    I don’t know if this is related to a cache issue or any other quick fix I can apply to my WordPress installation?
