Theme preview issue / WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

Hi Team,

I wanted to search and preview theme in WordPress in order to find a better fit for my website.

I logged in, clicked on appearance, theme, then filter by 3 column. So far so good.The problem happen when I click on preview.
I have open the console and I get the following error:
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

I looked into this, I have deactivate and reactivate Jetpack, then ran a troubleshooting on the whole website and find out that the plugin that was blocking the preview was ‘404 to 301 – Redirect, Log and Notify 404 Errors’.

I have deactivated the plugin for now.

Please could you help with this issue?
