[Theme: Prototype] Allowed memory size error

I’m running on localhost.
It doesn’t matter how much memory I give it, I tried the memory limit of 1GB and still got the error. What’s the theme doing?

It works fine.
I also get the same error with Hybrid (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/themes/hybrid) theme, so I’m guessing the problem must be from Hybrid Core.
