Reach theme – Portfolio Items Missing

Hello!

I’m having trouble uploading a portfolio item to my page. I’ve done everything normally, creating the post and inserting the featured image. On my page, the portfolio item shows up with the title and description, but no photo appears.

I’ve tried trouble shooting it myself:
-uploaded a portfolio photo I already succeeded in putting up
-verified with another computer, browser, and internet connection
-deactivated all plugins
-switched theme (but the Twenty Eleven doesn’t work because it isn’t a portfolio theme)

It’s weird because ten minutes before trying to upload this one, I succeeded in uploading a new one and it shows up fine. It just decided to quit now!
