    Hello All,

    I’m popping my wordpress cherry, and trying to cheat !!

    My established website uses this template;
    http://www.openwebdesign.org/design/3270/zenlike/

    and i want to add a blog using word press. I seems the easiest way it to change the wordpress template to look like the link above and just use the one blog page.

    So a) does that template exist as a wordpress template and, if not b) how easy is it to change wordpress to match that template ?

    My knowledge of wordpress is rather limited O_o

    Unlikely you’ll find an identical theme – so you’d need to be able to customize a WP theme to look like that – which takes some knowledge of WP, HTML and CSS.

    Find a theme that’s as close as possible will likely be the easiest way to go.

    a) have you tried looking through http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/

    b) you would probably need to build your own theme or customise a pre-existing theme. How good are your CSS, PHP & HTML skills? Have you reviewed Theme Development?

    hmmm, i have basic understanding of css and html, my php is found from existing posted code….. I was looking for a quick fix, but it appears that that isn’t going to be the case…. o.k. ty for your replies so far, I’ll keep looking.
