Theme settings section not showing?

I am using the Total theme and installed this plugin to use custom post types. I want to assign a design template to my custom post type but I can’t see the the “Theme Settings” panel anywhere like shown here: https://wpexplorer-themes.com/total/docs/adding-custom-post-types/

If you look at the plugin from wordpress (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/post-types-unlimited/) the screenshots actually dont show the theme settings panel at all.

So Where are my theme settings?????
