Is it possible to change to static the first page and use the circles as a navigation menu to the other pages of the site?

Yep, have you seen the threads that change the circles from posts to pages?

Not yet, I am a complete newbie to WordPress, 3 days and counting and from a completely different area of expertise…. I will do a search.
