Hey @nightofvibes,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I attempted to visit https://www.oeltankentsorgung-rsg.de/, but the site is currently down and displaying the message, “currently unable to handle this request.” You might need to check with your hosting provider to get the site back up.
Since I cannot see how the site looked previously, do you have any old screenshots or can you describe exactly where the missing block should be located?
Do you recall if the “selectable photos” feature was provided by a specific plugin or a built-in Sydney theme feature?
Once you get the site back up, I’ll take a closer look and advise further.
Thanks.

Hey @nightofvibes,
I just wanted to follow up on this and let you know that we’re still unable to access your site to inspect the highlighted sections.
Do you recall if your recently installed a gallery plugin or an image optimization plugin on your site?
Thanks.
hey rajab,
thanks for keeping an ey on that. The site is accessable now. So I’d be happy if you could check it out again.
Hi @nightofvibes,
Thanks for the update.
I reviewed your site and noticed that the missing sections are built with Elementor (screenshot).
I suggest that you edit the page with Elementor and confirm if the content still exists in the Elementor editor. If it’s no longer there, you can add it back using the widget you had previously.
I also suggest checking whether the Elementor plugin was recently updated on your site, as Elementor released updates almost a week ago.
Please do the following:
- Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and verify the current Elementor version
- Compare that version with the latest entries in Elementor’s changelog: Elementor Free Changelog
If you notice that your Elementor plugin updated around the time the issue began, it’s likely the update caused the missing sections issue.
Because Elementor manages the homepage content sections, rather than the Sydney theme directly, I recommend that you reach out to Elementor support directly for targeted assistance.
Regarding the blog page, I see that the content is there: screencast. Please let me know if there’s any specific content missing on your end.
Thanks.
