Theme Template Content Missing

    Hello,
    I downloaded the OceanWp theme and installed it from the install theme section in worpresste, but the page does not come like the templates in the OceanWp theme, my templates are missing. The page comes blank and plain, just a few text, can you please help me with this?

    Would you please share a screenshot from the issue?

    I saw that your website has an SSL issue, and you need to contact your hosting provider about it. If you’ve already resolved this issue but you’re still seeing a blank page, then you should enable WordPress debugging and check if there’s any error.
    You can also try reinstalling the theme and other related plugins(Ocean Extra and Elementor), then check the results again.

    To enable WordPress debugging and see the error on WordPress, you can check the super administrator email; Or turn on the WordPress debugger mode and check the debug.log file. To enable it, please follow the steps explained in this link: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    Then send the error message here, and we’ll check the error message to understand why error 500 happens on your website.
