Theme toggle (Dark & Light)

    I am really liking your theme and implementing some modifications to make it looks like the demo. But unfortunately could not find a way to add the theme toggle button to make it dark or light.

    Please let me know if it’s available on the theme options.

    Hi Wasid!

    Try Customize > Theme Options > Styling > Light/Dark Theme Toggle > ON

    Unfortunately couldn’t find any options like this. Please check the reference link https://ibb.co/9n5Ct50

    I’ve downloaded your theme not more than 2 weeks before I guess. And till today couldn’t find any theme update option either. I’m confused why it’s not showing up.

    Make sure that you’ve installed the latest theme from this theme directory. Did you download from GitHub in the beginning? Go to Appearance > Themes and see so that you don’t have two “Shapebox” themes there. If so, select the one with the latest version.

    After that, the updates should show up.

    Hello!

    I confirm. You have to update. The best is to download the theme directly from Alex’s GitHub and install it or, to update, upload it via FTP to the theme directory.

    For me, everything worked well.

    Thanks for the quick replies, The issue is fixed after downloading and activating the theme from the WordPress theme section. Previously I downloaded the theme manually from GitHub as it was not available in the WordPress theme section. Maybe that is why it was not updating automatically from the WordPress theme update.
