Theme Transfer

I have designed my theme on a test wordpress which can be found here: http://www.avillafan.com/site1

However, I want to transfer it to http://www.avillafan.com/site

Is it just a case of copying the files in the wp-content from site1 to site?

Will this transfer my new menus or will I have to reset them?
