[Theme: Twenty Thirteen] widget sidebar doesn't float down anymore

    In my Tweny Thirteen-child the sidebar for the widgets doesn’t float down to the bottom anymore when I zoom in and it gets too tight for both coloumns on the screen.

    Any idea how I can bring it back to the original floating behavior OR even better just let it zoom an create a horizontal scroll in the browser?
