Theme update

I need help updating the latest version of my theme titled Virtue. Every time I attempt to update Virtue, the following message appears in wordpress. “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress_OneJustice\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1453”.

I am not sure what to do or how to fix the problem so that I may contiunue on with the site.
