I’m trying to update my London Creative theme to the lastest version (London Creative v4.3) but anytime I try to install the zip file, and I’ve tried .rar version as well, it takes a while and then it gives me a failure notice:

Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again.

Where did you download the theme from? It doesn’t appear to be in the respository on this site.

You might try making sure that the theme is only zipped into one folder — I’ve heard some ThemeForest theme files are packaged differently.

Beyond that, you’ll need to ask the developer for help:

These forums only support themes from the repository here.
