Theme won't upload

    I bought a wp theme. When I try and upload a message comes up and says “are you sure you want to do that” button “try again.

    I figured the theme was messed up, so I tried uploading a theme I am using on another site (It should def. work) and the same error happens with that one.

    I called godaddy and they said there was nothing wrong on their end. Please help, what is happening??

    is the theme you bought a zip file unzip it as there may aother files included and one them may be theme folder

    thanks for responding! it wasn’t, I had to zip it before trying to upload it. But that still doesn’t explain why the other theme I have used before on another site won’t work either.

    Hi, I have experienced the same problem – the safari progress bar doesn’t move, and after a while it comes up with the “are you sure you want to do that” message.

    Did you figure out what was wrong, does anyone else know what to do?

    I gave up on uploading it through the wordpress dashboard, I used an ftp program – filezilla. This video helped a lot –
