Yeah, their database isn’t connecting for some reason…wow, 2+ days, and they haven’t fixed it? …not good…
when I can’t get a hold of people, I typically go straight to find them on Facebook…it’s good about 85-90% of the time.

I sent them a message via FB yesterday and about 4 hours ago. Looks like it’s back up as of a few minutes ago. Hopefully it will be up long enough for me to read some documentation on the premium version I just purchased!
