    I bought the plugin through themecanal and need support but didnt get a product code. Is this a real authorized publisher or are they doing it illegally?

    You’ve been scammed, I’m afraid. What you got is a pirated copy (aka nulled plugin) with no support, no update and can contain hidden malware among other joys.

    Ok thank you. I can do a credit card chargeback and purchase it from the correct place.
