Themeforest License type

I want to buy an wordpress theme.I have a question about the license type they use,which is weird from wordpress GPL license.

I am buying the theme for mysite – http://www.maindomain.com.
I want to use the same theme on – http://www.subdomain.maindomain.com
http://www.maindomain.com/blog

So regular license will be a choice for me right.
From their License knowledge base it is said that
“A website theme can only be customised to create one customised website. If you want to create a second website from the same theme, you should purchase another license. “

By the definition of a website above URLs are considered as the same website.

So if i get their theme in regular license and use it on a wordpress multisite I wont be sued right?
