What do you mean the theme doesn’t support your website? What was the context of this discussion. Did they say anything else? Are you sure your IT department wasn’t saying that they don’t support your site?

I checked that page and it’s a theme issue. Please contact your theme provider and ask them to check this.

Inferred Property
The ‘og:url’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Share App ID Missing
The ‘fb:app_id’ property should be explicitly provided, Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog.
Inferred Property
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Have you figured out a fix for this problem? Do I need to use a new theme?
