Themes, Plugins, etc. doesnt work

    Good day, i have just installed my wordpress yesterday. Everything works except for themes installation and plugin opperations (means cant add or remove one). I have browsed throught this forum but found nothing.

    1. When i add the theme by wordpress installation i got this error :

    Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: Unable to access /home/www/yugioh.cz/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/mymag/style.css in /home/www/yugioh.cz/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3598

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/www/yugioh.cz/public_html/blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3604

    2. When i normally upload the files on ftp, the theme can’t be seen or activated.

    3. When i try to remove the classic theme, it says “remove completed” but the theme still stays.

    Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]
    these are “security” measures by your hosting
    show them the error and what you are trying to do and ask them what they need to do to allow this

    I finally found the error. I had two installations at once which were colliding with each other.
