Themify builder not saving

    Hi all,
    I’m trying to change an image in a module on my home page.
    I select the image and save but the image doesn’t change.
    If I turn on themify builder to change it the image is there, but doesn’t show on the live homepage.
    How do I fix it?

    Hi James,

    Do you perhaps have any cache plugin enabled on the site? Try to disable all plugins except Themify Builder and re-check the issue. If the issue persists, can you post some screenshots to show the problem?

    It conflicts with W3 Total cache.
    If I disable W3 it saves the edits and works fine.
    If I re-activate W3 the page goes back to the previous version.

    How do I fix this?

    Try to clear/plunge cache on W3 Cache. That should refresh all pages.
