Themify Mobile Menu Button Covers logo

I already tried everything in this topic (well, I think I did)

I unfortunately can not figure out how to get the Menu to not be on top of the logo. I realize I do not have a particularly nice looking photo, but I would still like people to look at it.

(I also can’t figure out how to make the wordpress load from the root directory.)

If there was a plugin or mobile setting that I didn’t know about that would be cool. Please let me know if anyone here knows anything and can help me. Thank you a bunch.
