Themify – Pics Gone

I’m using the Themify Ultra (ver 1.1.4) and when I open the Themify builder, most all of my images disappear – when I turn the builder off, the images are still gone – I’ve checked under different browsers and as different users – is there something going on at the WordPress level causing this?
