The this is I’ve built the page on localhost, and everything’s been fine. When I first installed Backup Migrate I tried it out to make sure it works. It did.

Now the site is good enough for an initial deployment, but when I create a backup for migration it runs up to perhaps 98%, then says there’s been a hickup. Some logs were sent somewhere. I was instructed to mention this code: BMI-9lrzynlh-01666

    Any help appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Tried running another backup, which allegedly worked, but finished remarkably quickly (though it seems to be the correct file size so I thought ok maybe it worked) .

Uploaded it to my web hosting space using the installed plug in. Unfortunately it failed to restore after approximately 50%.

Here’s the code for that: BMI-Zpqkumx1-55573

    Hello @mikael999 ,

Your backup failed during database import, mostly due to its huge size.

It would be ideal to create a new, optimized backup of the old site and run the migration again:

In first place I’d recommend you to perform full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with help of free and simple plugin.
    Check it out: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
    – Cleanup won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries.

    Then, follow these steps carefully:

Download and install “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
Do full Cleanup and optimize all tables using Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
After that you can already remove mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
    Open “Other options” section
    Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    Enable database batch export: https://prnt.sc/bn7MjTUxHuEe
    Save “Other options” section
Force to end both processes (troubleshooting): https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Right after the last step, you can run the backup process once again.

Once the new backup is created, please try restoring it on the new site, once you also apply these settings on the new site:

    Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
