    Good Afternoon,

    I have recently been trying to configure a new Email Template within the WooCommerce Abandonded Cart Lite plugin and upon saving changes I am receiving an error message stating “There was a problem adding the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.

    Could you please advise what the issue is?

    Hi,

    Can you please let me know you have added Emoji in the Email Body section or in the Subject or header while adding the email template?

    It would be great if you can share with us HTML code from “Text” mode of “Email Body” section which you are trying to add in the email template and share the screenshot of edit email template page. So I can try to reproduce the issue at our end.

    Also, let me know our plugin is activated on MultiSite? So, I can assist you in a proper way.
