things are getting screwy…

    So this is displayed at the top of my site: Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/content/31/8799331/html/wp-content/themes/retina/functions.php:14) in /home/content/31/8799331/html/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/si-contact-form.php on line 1674

    And I have no idea what it means or what I did to get it there, but I can’t get rid of it.

    Also, I cannot log in to my admin page, I just get a white blank screen. I read something about people having this problem before, and they were told to do disable the plugins? I have no idea how to do this and the basic instructions they were given, were kinda confusing to me, so anyone have any suggestions for someone who is completely lost?

    The si-contact-form plugin is conflicting with your current theme. FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form folder.

    That got rid of the Warning, thanks. But I still can’t access my admin page, any idea why?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
