“Things don’t appear to be working” error?

    Installed the plugin and entered relevant PayPal details but continually getting an error while trying to test in Sandbox mode. PayPal screen says: “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later”. Any ideas? Is it an issue with the plugin or with my PayPal account?
