Think I can do it?

I’m not a rookie when it comes to web design, but I’m a serious amateur when it comes to CSS. I’ve recently designed myself a blog and looked around today for a CMS to use with it. The design is my first all CSS layout. I’ve looked around and word press seems to be the best all around solution for what I am looking for.
Well, I’ve got the design ready to go, but integrating it with word press has proven to be a lot more complex than I thought. I seriously thought it would be something I can do in a night. Boy was I wrong. ATM I’ve spent about 4 hours and I’m not further than I was at the begining of the night.
I guess what I’m asking the vetrans, is, is it possible for myself to integrate this layout http://www.jefferymichael.com/ with word press? I mean, I feel like I’m shooting for the stars. Any feedback would be great.
