I am encountering a bug with the TranslatePress WordPress plugin when setting the default website language to a translated one, specifically Arabic instead of English. The issue manifests as a thinner font weight when visiting the English version of the site, while the Arabic version remains unaffected. However, when the default language is kept as the original one (English), everything appears normal for both languages.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. However, I would like to assure you that our TranslatePress plugin does not interfere with or modify the CSS of your site in any way, which includes the font-weight of your content. This is simply beyond the scope of our plugin’s functionality. Do you have custom CSS added to your theme or something?
However, to help us better understand your issue, could you maybe provide us with additional details? Things we would find most useful include screenshots or a screen recording of the issue as it occurs on your site, and extra context would be very helpful in us getting to the bottom of this. You can include these in your reply to this message.
as you can see in the screenshots below, the issue is only apparent when the primary language is a translated one, arabic in this case. when i attempt to set another foreign language as the primary one (like french), the issue is non apparent. this may have something to do with the fact that arabic is an RTL language unlike english. please keep in mind that everything is fine if a slug is added for english even though it is the primary language, but the issue is only apparent when arabic is set ahead of it. i provided the below screenshots to demonstrate the problem, the first two show the issue as it appears when arabic is primary default language. third image shows the result when english is the default language but the url contains the /en/ slug. the final image demonstrates the arabic text in both cases. my website does contain custom css however none of it affects the text. you can also see that the font on the headings is different between the change’s effects. please let me know if you have any suggestions
